Please read these terms carefully before booking a lesson.
Lessons are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Block bookings must be paid in full upfront.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged at the full lesson rate. Block bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
Students must hold a valid provisional driving licence and be able to read a number plate from 20 metres. I reserve the right to cancel a lesson if a student appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if their behaviour poses a safety risk.
I provide a modern automatic car with dual controls for all lessons. The vehicle is fully insured for driving tuition. Students are not responsible for damage caused during a lesson under normal learning conditions.
While I take every precaution to ensure your safety, I cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
